BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Statement of Work with TrustedSec, LLC, for incident response and forensic analysis services, for the Division of Computer Services, at a cost not to exceed $16,000.00 in FY 2022.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $16,000.00 in FY 2022, be and hereby is approved for payment to TrustedSec, LLC, from account # 1101-210101-0001-71208, pursuant to the terms of the Statement of Work.
Section 3 - That, notwithstanding Section 2 of this Resolution, the Chief Information Officer, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Change Orders or renewals for these services up to $16,000.00 per fiscal year, beginning in FY 2023 from accounts # 1101 -210101 - 0001 - 71208 ($13,602.00); 1115 - 210101 - 0001 - 71208 ($1,122.00); 4002 - 210101 - 0001 - 71208 ($798.00); 4051 - 210101 - 0001 - 71208 ($478.00), contingent upon the Budgeting of sufficient funds in future fiscal years, including in the FY2023 Budget.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
