BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Consultant Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 56-2024) with Partners for Economic Solutions, LLC, for the development of an Infrastructure Funding Plan, for the Department of Planning and Preservation.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $744,195.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Partners for Economic Solutions, LLC, from account # 1105-162101-1601-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Consultant Services Agreement.
Section 3 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
