BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No.
One (1), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Grant Agreement with Colt Engineering, Inc. d/b/a Thoroughbred Engineering, for a Stormwater Quality Incentive Grant Project, increasing the total Grant award price by $111,281.80 and raising the total Grant to $289,956.80.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the additional sum of $111,281.80, is hereby authorized for payment to Colt Engineering, Inc. d/b/a Thoroughbred Engineering, from account # 4052-303204-3373-78112, pursuant to the terms of Change Order One (1).
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
