BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Consultant Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 48-2024), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with GRW, for professional design services for the Division of Water Quality Headquarters and Operations building renovations.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $299,120.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to GRW, from account # 4003-303401-3401-92811, pursuant to the terms of the Consultant Services Agreement.
Section 3 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
