Authorization to approve the First Amendment to the lease Agreement with Ridgefield Investments, LLC located at 4071 Tates Creek Centre Drive to provide office space for the Division of Police’s Behavioral Health and Wellness Advocate. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the first Amendment to the lease Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Ridgefield Investments, LLC, for approximately 431 square feet of office space located at 4071 Tates Creek Centre Drive.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $11,144.64 for the fiscal year 2026, be and hereby is approved for payment to Ridgefield Investments, LLC, from account # 1101-505507-71302, pursuant to the terms of the First Amendment, and subject to sufficient funds being appropriated in future fiscal years.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
