BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference with Bluegrass Chapter of the American Red Cross, Sweet Blessings, Board of Trustees of Southern Heights Baptist Church, Lexington Sister Cities Commission, Lighthouse Ministries, YMCA of Central KY, Bluegrass Chapter of the American Red Cross, Lexington Oaks NA, Inc., Palomar Hills Community Association and Alzheimer’s Association of Greater KY and Southern IN, for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to, from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
