BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an agreement with Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet to accept $100,000.00 in federal funding for the Citation Boulevard Phase III-B Project to provide a new route from the proposed intersection of Citation Boulevard and Winburn Drive to Russell Cave Road. By receiving these funds, the Urban County Government acknowledges and agrees to ratify and adopt all statements, representations, warranties, covenants, and agreements contained in this agreement. No matching funds are required.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
