BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Purchase of Service Agreements for FY2013, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Commerce Lexington, Downtown Lexington Corporation, Kentucky World Trade Center, Lexington Kentucky Chapter of SCORE, Lyric Theatre and Cultural Arts Center, Inc., Bluegrass Area Development District, Environmental Quality Commission, and Lexington Downtown Development Authority, Inc., to provide services to the public.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $1,051,590.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Commerce Lexington ($457,000.00 from account # 1101-900101-71101), Downtown Lexington Corporation ($42,710.00 from account #1101-900103-71101), Kentucky World Trade Center ($110,000.00 from account #1101-900104-71101), Lexington Kentucky Chapter of SCORE ($5,540.00 from account #1101-900105-71101), Lyric Theatre and Cultural Arts Center, Inc. ($150,000.00 from account #1101-900107-71101), Bluegrass Area Development District ($75,110.00 from account #1101-900302-71101), and Lexington Downtown Development Authority, Inc.
