BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Kona Ice for mobile frozen treat vending concessions at Lexington Parks & Recreation aquatic facilities and splash pads during the 2026 season, at no cost to the Urban County Government. Kona Ice to pay thirty percent of gross sales, minus sales tax, to the Urban County Government with a minimum guarantee of $5,000.00.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
