BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Professional Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 20-2022), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Brandstetter Carroll, Inc. for design services for a new community park at Cardinal Run Park North, at a cost not to exceed $700,000.00, using funds from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, and authorizing the Mayor to execute any other necessary agreements or documents related to these services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $700,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Brandstetter Carroll, Inc., from account # 3230-707602-7221-90319, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
