BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Fox Enterprises, Inc., in the amount of $139,828.45, for Concrete Apron Replacement at Fire Station No’s. 3, 6, 9 and 17, for the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any agreement with Fox Enterprises, Inc., if necessary, related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $139,828.45, be and hereby is approved for payment to Fox Enterprises, Inc., from account #1105-505704-91018, pursuant to the terms of the bid and any agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
