BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. Three (3), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with Strand Associates, for the Old Frankfort Pike Salt Dome, increasing the Contract amount by $7,500.00, and raising the total Contract amount to $223,280.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $7,500.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to Strand Associates from account # 1105-303301-90511 ($3,000.00), account # 4122-303301-90511 ($1,125.00), and account # 1116-303301-90511 ($3,375.00), pursuant to the terms of Change Order No. 3.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
