Summary
Authorization to execute an agreement between the LFUCG and Metaformers for implementation of Hyperion Planning and Budgeting solution. The Division of budgeting currently does not have a budgeting solution for the creation of the annual budget. This solution will improve the annual budget creation process and allow for enhanced reporting throughout the fiscal year. The cost of the project will be $845,100. Funds are budgeted. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Consulting Services Agreement and related documents (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 24-2015), which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Metaformers, Inc., for the implementation of the Hyperion Planning and Budgeting Solution Project and related services for the Division of Budgeting, at a cost not to exceed $816,300.00.
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed the sum of $816,300.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to Metaformers, Inc., from account #2606-160101-96202 pursuant to the terms of the agreement and related documents.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
