BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That an amount of MAP Funds, not to exceed $500,000.00, is hereby authorized for use as a local match in support of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet’s 2023 RAISE Capital Grant Program application, for the North BRd.way RailRd. Overpass Project, contingent upon the denial of KYTC’s Application to the Reconnecting Communities Grant Program, and pending completion of an audit and approval of any necessary Budget amendments.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
