BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Sales Contract, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and any other necessary documents, for the transfer of properties located at 139, 141-143, and 145-149 East Main Street (the Pam Miller Downtown Arts Center) from the Commonwealth of Kentucky to the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $98,300.00, is hereby authorized for payment to the Commonwealth of Kentucky from account #3230-707201-91017.
Section 3 -- That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
