Section 1 - That the bids of The Public Safety Store, LLC, and Whole Energy And Hardware, Inc., establishing a price contracts for Smoke Alarms, for the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
