BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Water Quality, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to purchase services relating to the cleaning and repair of the Emergency Vapor Scrubber System at the West Hickman and Town Branch Waste Water Treatment Plants, from Evoqua Water Technologies, LLC, a sole source provider, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Agreement with Evoqua Water Technologies, LLC, related to the procurement, at a cost estimated not to exceed $80,673.12.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $80,673.12, be and hereby is approved for payment to Evoqua Water Technologies, LLC, from the following accounts in the following amounts: #4002 - 303402 - 91017 ($24,354.50) and #4002 - 303403 - 91017 ($56,318.62), pursuant to the terms of the purchase requisition.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
