                     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with A Caring Place, Inc., Refuge for Woman, Inc., Lexington History Museum, Lexington Housing for the Handicapped, Inc., Vineyard Neighborhood Cooperation, Wyndham Meadows HOA, Winburn Neighborhood Association, 16^th District PTA c/o Winburn Middle School, Green Acres, 16^th District PTA c/o Russell Cave Elementary, Andover Forest HOA, Joyland Neighborhood Association, Brighton East HOA, Inc., Eastland Parkway Neighborhood Association, Lexington Lions Club, Inc., Acclivity Dance & Performing Arts, LLC, for the Office of the Urban County Council.

                     Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to A Caring Place, Inc. ($500.00), Refuge for Woman, Inc. ($500.00), Lexington History Museum ($500.00), Lexington Housing for the Handicapped, Inc. ($500.00), Vineyard Neighborhood Cooperation ($500.00), Wyndham Meadows HOA ($500.00), Winburn Neighborhood Association ($150.00), 16^th District PTA c/o Winburn Middle School ($150.00), Green Acres ($200.00), 16^th District PTA c/o Russell Cave Elementary ($400.00), Andover Forest HOA ($1,250.00), Joyland Neighborhood Association ($1,250.00), Brighton East HOA, Inc.
