COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That subsection line number 370.030 of Section 22-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is deleted.
Section 2 - That the following subsection line number of Section 22-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is created to read as follows:
370.020 1 698 122E Construction Manager
Section 3 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government are amended and funds are appropriated pursuant to Budget Schedule No. 0019, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 4 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon date of passage.
