BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Engineering Services Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with: HMB Professional Engineers, Inc., ARCADIS U.S. Inc., Florence & Hutcheson, Inc., Kentucky Engineering Group, PLLC, CMW Inc., O'Brien & Gere Engineers, Inc., R.M. Johnson Engineering, Inc., MSE of Kentucky, Inc., Vision Engineering, LLC, Nesbitt Engineering, Inc., ECSI, LLC, EA Partners, PLC, Palmer Engineering Company, Howard K.
