This is a request to amend Section 21-5 of the Code of Ordinances abolishing one (1) position of Enterprise Systems Developer Sr. (Grade 118E) and creating one (1) position of HCM Manager Enterprise Solutions (Grade 119E) in the Division of Enterprise Solutions to better satisfy the business needs and requirements of LFUCG. There is no budgetary impact.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That subsection line number 085.033 of Section 21-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is deleted.
Section 2 - That the following subsection line numbers of Section 21-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby are amended to read as follows:
085.021 2 354 119E HCM Manager Enterprise Solutions
Section 3 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government are amended and funds are appropriated pursuant to Budget Schedule No. 61, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference
Section 4 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its passage.
