BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP # 29-2026), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Tetra Tech, for to provide design and construction administration services for the Town Branch WWTP WWS Tank Phase 2, a Consent Decree RMP Project TB-1, for the Division of Water Quality.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $775,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Tetra Tech, from account # 4003-303408-92811, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
