BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference with Police Athletics/Activities League of Lexington, Inc., Girls on The Run, Central Kentucky Organization and Cardinal Valley NA, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Police Athletics/Activities League of Lexington, Inc. ($1,100.00), Girls on The Run, Central Kentucky Organization ($1,050.00) and Cardinal Valley NA, Inc. ($500.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
