Summary
Authorization to execute a three-year (with automatic two-year renewal, unless terminated) ecological restoration maintenance services agreement between LFUCG and Advanced Mulching Technologies, Inc. DBA: EcoGro to provide maintenance services for the Green Acres Stream Corridor Vegetative Buffer, RFP #31-2014. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Advanced Mulching Technologies, Inc., DBA EcoGro, to provide maintenance services for the Green Acres Stream Corridor Vegetative Buffer Ecological Restoration project, for up to five years, subject to sufficient funds being appropriated in future fiscal years.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $20,075.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Advanced Mulching Technologies, Inc., DBA EcoGro, in FY2016, from account #4052 - 303204 - 71223, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
