BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the response of Hazen & Sawyer, P.S.C., to RFP No. 29-2014 Engineering Consultant - Annual Sanitary Sewer Capacity, Management, Operations, and Maintenance (CMOM) Implementation Services, be and hereby is accepted, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Engineering Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Hazen & Sawyer, P.S.C. to provide services related to the RFP, at a cost not to exceed $500,000.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $500,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Hazen & Sawyer, P.S.C., from account # 4003 - 303401 - 71205, pursuant to the terms of the Engineering Service Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
