BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, with Q-Free America, by and through Traffic Control Products, Inc., a sole source provider, for annual software maintenance of a computerized traffic control system.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $41,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Q-Free America and/or Traffic Control Products, Inc.,
from account #1101-303601-76102 ($37,800.00) and account #1101-303601-72303 ($3,200.00), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
