BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Civil Service Appointments:
Tara Farrar, Program Specialist, Grade 112E, $1,634.88 biweekly in the Division of Water Quality, effective August 4, 2014.
 
Frederick Cotton, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 109N, $13.025 hourly in the Division of Waste Management, effective Upon Passage of Council.
 
Andrew Dixon, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 109N, $13.179 hourly in the Division of Waste Management, effective Upon Passage of Council.
 
Dee King, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 109N, $13.025 hourly in the Division of Waste Management, effective Upon Passage of Council.
 
Patrick Wright, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 109N, $17.579 hourly in the Division of Waste Management, effective Upon Passage of Council.
 
Anthony Hockensmith, Property and Evidence Technician, Grade 111N, $16.348 hourly in the Division of Police, effective July 14, 2014.
 
Arthur Brown, Custodial Worker, Grade 102N, $11.150 hourly in the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, effective Upon Passage of Council.
 
Timothy Newsome, Public Service Worker Sr., Grade 107N, $11.790 hourly in the Division of Parks and Recreation, effective Upon Passage of Council.
 
Demetrius Wingate, Public Service Worker, Grade 106N, $11.658 hourly in the Division of Parks and Recreation, effective Upon Passage of Council.
      Section 2 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicants listed in Section 1 may begin the probationary civil service probationary period.      
Section 3 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Unclassified Civil Service Appointment:
Melissa Lester, Social Worker, Grade 111E, $1,213.44 biweekly in the Office of the Commissioner of Social Services, effective Upon Passage of Council.
 
      Section 4 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicant listed in Section 3 may begin employment.
