Summary
Authorization to enter into an agreement with Vision Internet to upgrade our version of the Vision content management system (CMS) and renew the support contract initially established under resolution 554-2004. The current version of our intranet content management system is out of support. The cost will be $29,050 to upgrade our version and renew the support contract. The annual impact of the contract will initially be $7,800 and will increase by 5% annually. Funds are budgeted for the upgrade. (L0729-15)(Nugent/Valicenti)

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a multi-year Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, with Vision Internet Providers, Inc., for an upgrade to the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Intranet website and required subscription services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $26,100.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Vision Internet Providers, Inc., from account # 1101-202503-71208, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That an amount, no to exceed the sum of $2,950.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Vision Internet Providers, Inc., from account #1101-202505-71208, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
