BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Churchill McGee, LLC, in the amount of $868,675.00, for the Public Safety Operations Center (PSOC) Renovation - Phase 2, for the Department of Public Safety, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached agreement with Churchill McGee, LLC, related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $868,675.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Churchill McGee, LLC, from account #2606-505001-91017, pursuant to the terms of the bid and agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
