BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1. - That Section 2 of Resolution No. 473-2013, be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $218,299 for each Heil Python Multipack Refuse Truck Body, is approved for payment to Central Indiana Truck Equipment Corporation from budgeted funds in account # 1115 707301 96962, for the purchase of Heil Python Multipack Refuse Truck Bodies, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
Section 2 - That the remainder of Resolution No. 473-2013 shall be unchanged.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
