BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, awarding a Class B (Infrastructure) Grant to the Bluegrass Stockyards, LLC., to design and construct four stormwater control facilities and collaborate with UK, Locust Trace Agri-Science Farm, and Fayette County Extention Office and Conservation District in allowing the site to be used by students for research and environmental learning.
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed $150,000.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to the Bluegrass Stockyards, LLC., from account #4051-303204-78112, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
