BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Neighborhood Action Match Grant Program Contracts, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Beaumont Residential Association ($10,000.00), Columbia Heights Neighborhood Association ($10,000.00), Firebrook Estates Homeowners Association ($10,000.00), Hamburg Homeowners Association ($10,000.00), Lansdowne-Merrick Neighborhood Association ($7,500.00), McConnell's Trace Neighborhood Association ($1,890.00), Quail Run Townhouses Association ($262.00), Squire Oak Homeowners Association ($2,000.00), Stuart Hall Homeowners Association ($2,830.00), Wellington Homeowners Association ($8,114.00), and William Wells Brown Neighborhood Association ($2,572.00) for various neighborhood activities and improvements.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $65,168.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to the above listed associations from account #1101- 134201-71200, pursuant to the terms of the Contracts.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
