BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, awarding EcoArt Grants to Andrew Light, Art-At-The-Cathedral, Carnegie Center for Literacy & Learning, Christine Kuhn, Diane Kahlo, Institute 193, Lexington Children's Theatre, Living Arts & Science Center, Louis Guida, Morton Middle School, Nori Hall, Sonja Brooks, Stephen R. Moore, Tonya Vance, The Learning Center, University of Kentucky Research Foundation.
      Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Andrew Light ($5,000.00), Art-At-The-Cathedral ($5,000.00), Carnegie Center for Literacy & Learning ($1,500.00), Christine Kuhn, ($4,128.00), Diane Kahlo ($2,568.00), Institute 193 ($5,000.00), Lexington Children's Theatre ($5,000.00), Living Arts & Science Center ($5,000.00), Louis Guida ($5,000.00), Morton Middle School ($3,200.00), Nori Hall ($5,000.00), Sonja Brooks ($4,987.00), Stephen R.
