BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Quitclaim Deed and any other documents necessary to subdivide and transfer surplus tracts located adjacent to the properties at 4046 Ashgrove Road and 4050 Ashgrove Road, Nicholasville, Ky, to the abutting property owners, at a cost not to exceed $100.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $100.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to the owners of record, from account #4002-303403-0001-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
