BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a multi-year Agreement to procure software and related services under the same terms and conditions as MA-758-1800000017, a Contract between SHI, Inc. and the Commonwealth of Kentucky, including Proposal #24914828, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, at a cost not to exceed $1,306,579.09 in FY 2025.
Section 2 - That the Chief Information Officer, or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary documents related to the procurement.
Section 3 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $1,306,579.09 in FY 2025, is hereby authorized for payment to SHI, Inc., from account #1101-202505-76102 ($1,110,592.23), account #1115-202505-76102 ($91,460.54), account #4002-202505-76102 ($65,328.95), and account # 4051-202505-76102 ($39,197.37) pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, with renewal contingent upon the Budgeting of sufficient funds in future fiscal years.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
