BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Second Amendment to the Subrecipient Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Northern Kentucky Legal Aid Society, Inc., dba Legal Aid of the Bluegrass (“Legal Aid”), for the provision of housing stability services, reallocating $667,796.00 in Federal funds and extending the performance period through September 30, 2025.
Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any additional amendments or Agreements with Legal Aid related to the use of these Federal funds.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
