BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with The University of North Florida Training and Service Institute, Inc., d/b/a The Institute of Police Technology and Management, to conduct Police Officer training.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $17,500.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to The University of North Florida Training and Service Institute, Inc., d/b/a The Institute of Police Technology and Management, from account #3160-505505-74102 (using Kentucky Office of Highway Safety Grant Funds of $16,900.00) and #1101-505505-75801 ($600.00), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
