BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement related to Council Capital Project Expenditure Funds, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with The Tradition at Parks Edge Townhome Association, Inc., Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Division of Parks and Recreation, Key Assets Kentucky Inc., and Growing Together Preschool, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum stated, be and hereby is approved for payment or transfer to The Tradition At Parks Edge Townhome Association, Inc. ($9,030.00); Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Division of Parks and Recreation ($15,000.00); Key Assets Kentucky Inc ($11,649.00); And Growing Together Preschool, Inc. ($2,620.00), from account #1105-121002-91715, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
