Authorization to execute agreement with Development Concepts, Inc., for the Oxford Circle Redevelopment Feasibility Study in an amount not to exceed $85,000, to include project initiation, existing conditions analysis, opportunities analysis, and recommendations for implementation and funding for a public services area. This was approved as part of the 2015 Consolidated Plan and using Community Development Block Grant Funds as a planning activity for a feasibility study of this aging and deteriorated commercial area for re-use as a public facility project for the neighborhood. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Development Concepts, Inc., for the Oxford Circle Redevelopment Feasibility Study.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $85,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Development Concepts, Inc., from account #3120-160701-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
