Summary
WHEREAS, it is necessary and proper to amend the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County
Government to provide funds for purchase orders and pre-paid expenses rolling from FY 2026 into FY 2027:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE
URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby are amended to provide funds for purchase orders and pre-paid expenses rolling from FY 2026 into FY 2027, and that to effect such Amendments the following appropriations be and hereby are authorized and directed:
) $_ 31,027.02_ _from_ the General Services District-General Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_46,563.32_ _to_ the Full Urban Services District Fund _ from _ various accounts.
) $_8,100.00_ _from_ the Public Safety Fund _ to _ various accounts.
) $_36,588.25_ _from_ the Affordable Housing and Homelessness Prevention Fund _ to _ various accounts.
) $_27,002.47_ _to_ the Sanitary Sewer Revenue and Operating Fund _ from _ various accounts.
) $_3,054.32_ _from_ the Water Quality Management Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_96,602.60_ _to_ the Landfill Fund _from_ various accounts.
) $_19,906.52_ _from_ the Enhanced 911 Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_13,720.43_ _from_ the Central Kentucky 911 Fund _to_ various accounts.
Section 2 - That the purposes of the Budget Amendments and the Accounts to or from which funds are herein appropriated, are detailed in “BUDGET SCHEDULE NO. 0004”, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its passage.
