BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN
COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following subsection line numbers in the classified civil service authorized strength be and hereby are amended to read as follows:
350.100 26 602 507N Public Service Worker
350.070 4 614 512N Equipment Operator Sr.
Section 2 - That the incumbent, William Black is reclassified from Public Service Worker, Grade 507N to Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 512N, at $19.000 hourly.
Section 3 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government are amended and funds are appropriated pursuant to Budget Schedule No. 0027, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 4 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon date of passage.
