BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. One(1)(Final), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Randle-Davies Construction Company, for construction of the Brighton East Rail Trail Project - Phase II, increasing the Contract Price by the sum of $78,609.51 from $466,601.66 to $525,211.17.
      Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $78,609.51, be and hereby is approved for payment to Randle-Davies Construction Company from account # 3160-303201-90313 ($10,717.53) and account # 1136-303202-91715 ($67,891.98), pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
      Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
