BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Jubilee Jobs of Lexington, Inc., Inc., 16^th District PTA c/o Hayes Middle School, Bryan Station Alumni Assoc., Inc., Squires Elementary, PTA, Sandersville Elementary PTA, Inc., Food Chain, Lexington Community Radio, Inc., and Seedleaf, for the Office of the Urban County Council.

                     Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to Jubilee Jobs of Lexington, Inc. ($1,900.00), 16^th District PTA c/o Hayes Middle School ($1,150.00), Bryan Station Alumni Assoc., Inc. ($1,300.00), Squires Elementary, PTA ($500.00), Sandersville Elementary PTA, Inc. ($500.00), Food Chain ($1,500.00), Lexington Community Radio, Inc. ($1,500.00), and Seedleaf ($1,000.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
