BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Probationary Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
Cathryn Reed, Administrative Specialist Sr., Grade 112N, $20.548 hourly in the Division of Computer Services, effective July 14, 2014.
Jeffrey Lewis, Revenue Supervisor, Grade 116E, $1,939.84 biweekly in the Division of Revenue, effective July 14, 2014.
David Fender, Public Service Supervisor Sr., Grade 114E, $1,871.28 biweekly in the Division of Water Quality, effective June 30, 2014.
Donald Mott, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 109N, $14.545 hourly in the Division of Waste Management, effective June 30, 2014.
Alfred Wingate, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 109N, $14.607 hourly in the Division of Waste Management, effective June 30, 2014.

Lee Prater, ESP Manager, Grade 116E, $2,235.76 biweekly in the Division of Parks and Recreation, effective June 30, 2014.
Section 3 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date described in each item.
