BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Engineering Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 4-2023), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to Banks Engineering, Inc., for design engineering services for the Armstrong Mill Shared Use Path project, for the Division of Engineering, to be paid with funds awarded by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, under the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act of 2021 (CRRSSA) Grant, and authorizing the Mayor to execute any other necessary Agreements or amendments with Banks Engineering, Inc., related to the use of those funds.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $199,325.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Banks Engineering, Inc., from account # 3160-303202-91714, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
