BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Agreements related to Neighborhood Development Funds, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Sisters & Supporters Working Against Gun Violence, Inc.; Southern Elementary PTA, Inc., United Way of the Bluegrass, Inc., A Caring Place, Inc., Project Kids 1st, LLC, Bryan Station Neighborhood Community, Inc., and Wiseguys Urban Uplift Foundation, LLC, for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to Sisters & Supporters Working Against Gun Violence, Inc. ($1,650.00); Southern Elementary PTA, Inc. ($450.00), United Way of the Bluegrass, Inc. ($1,450.00); A Caring Place, Inc. ($1,250.00); Project Kids 1st, LLC ($2,550.00); Bryan Station Neighborhood Community, Inc. ($1,000.00); and Wiseguys Urban Uplift Foundation, LLC ($750.00) from account #1101-121002-71214, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
