BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to accept the transfer of ownership of a Williams Foam Trailer from the Winchester Fire Department/Emergency Medical Services (through a grant from the Kentucky Office of Homeland Security) to the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management on behalf of the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
