BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order #2, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to Contract 147-2025 with Gresham Smith for an increase in the original design scope of work Kelley’s Landing, 8949 Old Richmond Road, to include the addition of a security gate and gravel Dr. from the parking lot to boat ramp to allow emergency service access to the boat ramp, in the increased amount of $5,950.00 for the new Contract total of $71,850.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $5,950.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Gresham Smith, from account # 1105-707602-90319, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
