BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Lexington Quarry Company, in the amount of $1,036,865.00, for the Shillito & Southland Park Parking Lot Renovation, for the Division of Parks & Recreation, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to enter into the attached Agreement with Lexington Quarry Company, related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $1,036,865.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Lexington Quarry Company, from account # 3230-707602-91014 ($248,140.00), account # 1105-707602-93011 ($600,000.00), and account # 3230-707602-91014 ($188,725.00), pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement, and pending completion and approval of any necessary Budget amendments.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
