BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute agreements related to Neighborhood Development Funds, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with 16^th District PTA Inc. dba Coventry Oak PTSA ($150.00); Hill-N-Dale Neighborhood Association, Inc.; University of Kentucky Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources and Related Sciences; Spindletop Community Association, Inc.; Bluegrass Greensource, Inc.; Andover Forest Homeowners Association, Inc.; Bryan Station Band Association; Chevy Chase Business Owners Association Corporation; and Old Paris Place Community LLC, for the Office of the Urban County Council.

                     Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby
are approved for payment to 16^th District PTA Inc. dba Coventry Oak PTSA ($150.00); Hill-N-Dale Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($500.00); University of Kentucky Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources and Related Sciences ($450.00); Spindletop Community Association, Inc. ($800.00); Bluegrass Greensource, Inc. ($500.00); Andover Forest Homeowners Association, Inc. ($500.00); Bryan Station Band Association ($1,000.00); Chevy Chase Business Owners Association Corporation ($1,000.00); and Old Paris Place Community LLC ($1,000.00), from account #1101-121002-71214, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
